For staff assigned to use our school's ticketing solution, we have integrated your Single Sign-On credentials for signing into your FreshDesk agent account.
The door security system synchronizes with our Directory system to update FOB numbers assigned to Faculty and Staff. Authorized administrators can also access the security web client and log in with their credentials.
FOBs are used at all door panels and Username and Password are required to log in to the web client
Google Accounts
We have systems in-place that sync passwords from our directory with your Mount Vernon Google Account to enable Single Sign-On using the same password.
For staff that have/use desk phones, we have setup our phone system to synchronize your extension data with our Directory system, which means that extensions are always up-to-date.
There is no type of signing in with this integration
For staff that have desk phones and extensions, you are automatically enrolled in the Zulu phone application for using the school's phone number and your extension to make calls while off-campus.
