Installing the Zulu Application

These are instructions on how to install and use the Zulu phone application in order to access and use the Mount Vernon phone system while on or off-campus.

Installing on Computer

  1. Download the Zulu application here
  2. Install the downloaded application on your computer
  3. BEFORE CONNECTING: you must install and configure the Mount Vernon VPN on your computer (instructions here)
  4. To get connected using Zulu:
    1. Either be on campus or be connected to the GC VPN profile
    2. Launch the Zulu application
    3. In the "User" field, enter your Single Sign-On username in the Zulu format below
      1. E.g. Test User = [email protected]
      2. Information about Single Sign-On username here
    4. In the "Password" field, enter your Single Sign-On password
    5. Click "Login"
